Together, we bring our purpose to life by living our values and putting people first.Team Lead - Direct Sales - Thamesford, OntarioWhat you'll do...Implement a sales and retention strategy with our advisorsMeet regularly with the Advisors and Direct Sales Representatives to discuss sales topics, company initiatives, and identify sales opportunities.Produce and share monthly sales reports with the advisorsFind new advisors and distribution opportunitiesProvide support to advisors in terms of business development and to add value to our distribution networksProvide and apply detailed technical knowledge in conjunction with advisor sales processManage your own book of business by being clients main point of contact for service as well as seeking opportunities to grow your bookAct as mentor to advisors as they develop in their roleSupport corporate financial plan through achievement of new business production targetsWhat you'll bring...Post Secondary education in a related field5 years experience in property & casualty insuranceExcellent organization and communication skillsMust have an OTL agent license or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (assistance provided)Familiarity with PowerBroker or other Industry Management Systems is an assetThis position requires the successful candidate to visit clients and to have a valid driver's licence.
