**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist a diverse client base effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable results for clients.
- Proficiency in sales administration processes is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
