  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
  • Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM
Your Tasks
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
  • Audio/Video Support
  • Digital Lockers & Vending Machines
  • Stock Management / Asset Management
  • Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services
  • IMACs and Break-fix
  • VIP Support
  • IT Supply Chain
