Work with the product owner to refine requirements and plan realistic, high‑impact roadmaps. Improve security, observability, and performance across QTP infrastructure. Communicate progress and risks clearly to technical and non‑technical partners. Qualifications 8+ years of experience developing software in a corporate environment. 5+ years of experience developing and supporting scalable, secure infrastructure systems using cloud services with Terraform. 2+ years of experience integrating observability tools for medium or large organizations. Proven experience as a software engineer with exposure to leadership or mentorship responsibilities. Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
