Early Learning Centre Manager

Qualification:Completion of secondary school is required.One to three years of experience in the Childcare, Early Childhood Education or Education is required.A college diploma or vocational certificate in Education and/or Early Childhood Education is preferred.Holds a valid BC ECE (Early Childhood Educator) Certificate is an asset.Main duties:Responsible for the daily operations, administration, and staff leadership of our early learning centrePlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our centrePlan, develop and implement child development programsOversee the learning environment and daily activities for childrenCommunicate with parents and guardiansEstablish or implement policies and procedures for staffEnsure compliance with regulationsPlan and control budget and inventoryRespond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problemsHire, train and supervise early childhood educators and/or staff.Working conditions:Working hours: 30 hours per week (full-time & permanent position)Wage: $36.60 per hourBenefits: 4% of vacation pay, 2 weeks paid vacation during the winter break, 5 sick days per year, and extended medical/dental benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
