Early Learning Centre Manager

Qualification: Completion of secondary school is required. One to three years of experience in the Childcare, Early Childhood Education or Education is required. A college diploma or vocational certificate in Education and/or Early Childhood Education is preferred. Holds a valid BC ECE (Early Childhood Educator) Certificate is an asset. Main duties: Responsible for the daily operations, administration, and staff leadership of our early learning centre Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our centre Plan, develop and implement child development programs Oversee the learning environment and daily activities for children Communicate with parents and guardians Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff Ensure compliance with regulations Plan and control budget and inventory Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems Hire, train and supervise early childhood educators and/or staff. Working conditions: Working hours: 30 hours per week (full-time & permanent position) Wage: $36.60 per hour Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, 2 weeks paid vacation during the winter break, 5 sick days per year, and extended medical/dental benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
