With a strong presence in both online and physical retail spaces, their commitment lies in delivering superior products and exceptional service to professionals and hobbyists alike.About the Role:We are in search of a seasoned E-commerce Manager to spearhead our client's online sales and digital marketing endeavors. The E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in devising and executing strategies to bolster online revenue, elevate user experience, and expand our e-commerce footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of premium woodworking tools and premium brands such as FESTOOL, FELDER, HAMMER, FORMAT 4, and MAYER.Key Responsibilities:- Attain and surpass sales targets for the e-commerce segment.- Oversee day-to-day operations of our client's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and driving sales on ultimatetools.ca.- Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI, SMS, chat, and Shopify and NetSuite extensions to enhance the e-commerce landscape.- Supervise the design, development, and upkeep of the Shopify website, ensuring functionality and security.- Ensure accurate representation of product information on the website.- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources to assess performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement.- Collaborate with marketing to devise and implement strategic roadmaps for traffic generation, encompassing SEO, PPC, and content marketing initiatives.- Generate regular reports and analyses on key performance indicators, including conversion rates and ROI.- Uphold the security and integrity of the e-commerce platform, safeguarding against cyber threats and technical glitches.- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical techniques to optimize website performance and user experience.- Manage online product catalog, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales and profitability.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of e-commerce management experience, particularly with Shopify or similar platforms, demonstrating a track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.- Thorough comprehension of e-commerce principles, encompassing website design, user experience, and conversion optimization.- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.- Strong leadership and time management skills.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.- Experience with NetSuite is advantageous.- Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations is preferred.- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with email marketing automation tools.Working Conditions:- Regular office hours, onsite.- Occasional travel may be required for industry events or meetings.Benefits:- Competitive compensation commensurate with performance.- Opportunity to contribute to a growing business that values your multifaceted skills.- Exposure to diverse operational and marketing functions within a small business setting.Don't delay if you would like to learn more #J-18808-Ljbffr
