Description

Top Aces is a global leader in aerospace and defense, providing advanced adversary air training services worldwide.

Job Summary: As an Oracle (HFM) FP&A Administrator, you will drive the development of an analytics solution, partnering with stakeholders to create data visualizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Propose, design, and manage application improvements;
  • Ensure governance for improvements and reporting;
  • Support users during budgetary processes;
  • Act as a single point of contact for budget elaboration;
  • Prepare business requirements and maintain documentation;
  • Handle trainings, presentations, and change management;

Responsible for consolidation module configuration.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology;
  • 5+ years experience in Financial Services;
  • Experience as a business analyst or management accountant;
  • Knowledge of Oracle (HFM) and budgeting/planning tools;
  • Experience with ETL tools;
  • Ability to perform rigorous analysis and manage multiple tasks;
  • Fluency in English and French.

Security Clearance Requirements: Position requires access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
