- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key business decisions, including project investments.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day cash flow activities in close collaboration with the Treasury team.
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, identifying opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, tools, and workflows.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategy.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring Business Units are aligned with strategic objectives and assumptions.
- Present financial information and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather and interpret financial data.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of regular financial reports and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including employee supervision.
- Professional accountant designation (CPA) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate financial data into actionable insights for various audiences.
- Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ideally other financial analysis tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while maintaining a focus on detail.
- Bilingual in both spoken and written.
