- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key business decisions, including project investments.
- Cash Flow Management
- Manage and monitor day-to-day cash flow activities closely with Treasury.
- Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, tools, and workflows.
- Communication and Reporting
- Present financial information and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather and interpret financial data.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of regular financial reports and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including employee supervision.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Professional accountant designation (CPA) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ideally other financial analysis tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while maintaining a focus on detail.
- Language
- Bilingual in both spoken and written English.
