Service Representative, Group Benefits Join to apply for the Service Representative, Group Benefits role at Desjardins Responsibilities Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned advisors and clients through calls and emails. Be the 411/911 for employers by helping answer their questions and investigate dissatisfactions. Work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and advisors. Collect, compile and analyze data; prepare reports and recommendations. Review documents, implement new sales and track work accordingly. Stay on top of the latest standards, products, and services in your field. Temporary position for 21 months.
