Client Service Representative – Program Group – Toronto office As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans. Your day as a client service representative Address client inquiries related to assigned insurance programs, providing timely and accurate information. Respond promptly to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor. Request, track, and follow up with insurers and clients for missing information, endorsements, or policy documentation. Review policy wordings and associated documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors as needed. Create abeyances and follow up on outstanding items from underwriters and clients to ensure timely resolution. Track and follow up on outstanding client receivables to ensure that accounts are up to date. Prepare and manage the monthly Bordereau for assigned programs, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Support EPIC invoicing processes for assigned programs. Assist with various special projects and perform other duties as required by management. Our ideal candidate Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required. Valid professional designation (RIBO) required. Bilingual in French is considered an asset. Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Lines insurance and policy wordings. Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with EPIC is a strong asset. Strong organizational skills with effective time management. Customer‑focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Exceptional attention to detail.
