About the Role: The Campaign Manager is a key role within the PMCF team, responsible for the day-to‑day management and successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns for PMCF. This hybrid role combines the client relationship skills of an Account Manager with the operational expertise of a creative Project Manager. You will be a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery. A critical component of this role is to collaborate effectively across the agency and leverage the full capabilities of WPP Open to deliver innovative and integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to requests and providing regular project updates. Build and maintain positive client relationships, fostering trust and open communication. Proactively anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to add value within the scope of assigned projects. Strategic Campaign Planning & Development: Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated campaign plans that align with client objectives and target audiences. Develop creative briefs and comms matrices to support owned campaigns. Translate strategic insights into actionable project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Creative Acumen & Analysis: Actively engage with creative concepts, providing informed feedback and asking probing questions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. Develop a strong understanding of effective creative principles, identifying what resonates with target audiences and what may fall short. Analyze creative performance data to understand what works and doesn't, informing future creative direction and optimization. Champion innovative creative solutions, knowing when and how to push boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. Facilitate constructive dialogue between creative teams and clients, translating feedback effectively and advocating for strong creative work. Project Management & Delivery: Lead the day‑to‑day management of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all channels. Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows and improve team efficiency. Implement best‑practice project management methodologies and tools. Contribute to the development of agency‑wide operational standards and guidelines. WPP Open Integration: Collaborate cross‑functionally to leverage the full capabilities of WPP Open, ensuring its integration into every aspect of our projects. This involves working closely with all skill sets within your team—strategists, account managers, project managers, creatives, and production specialists—to foster a dynamic and agile environment that continuously embraces technological advancements. By doing so, we aim to deliver maximum output and effectiveness across the entire content supply chain network. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in either account management or project management within a creative or media agency. Demonstrable success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of building trust and rapport. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of marketing principles, creative development processes, and media channels. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent budget management and financial acumen. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and solution‑oriented approach. Familiarity with agency systems and technologies.
