About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, organized and collaborative team player to join us on the Global Marketing Team as a Campaign Manager. The Campaign Manager for the G Adventures Global Marketing team will be responsible for leading larger Global projects including brochures, our big sales and brand campaigns. You will take the lead on creative briefs working with the stakeholders and will be responsible for project management and creative resourcing. You’ll also help with budgets and ensure that day to day marketing tasks are seamlessly executed. All in all, you’ll get to collaborate with a great group of hardworking and fun individuals while bringing G Adventures marketing to life.

What You'll be Doing:

- Responsible for larger campaigns and projects, including developing and/or receiving briefs to assess and move forward with key stakeholders (brochures, Cyber Sale, global marketing campaigns).
Lead campaign brief development for integrated marketing and communications strategies to meet business objectives
- Build workback schedules and coordinate between team members ensuring they understand deliverables and timelines
- Responsible for project management and creative resourcing using ClickUp, including work back schedules, kick off meetings, campaign communications and more.
- Lead the campaign and project development process from end-to-end to ensure a flawless execution that is delivered on time and with excellence
- Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested
- Participate in stakeholder and team meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives, ongoing campaigns and company priorities
- Keep marketing collateral and agent tool kits up to date using Frontify
- Provide global marketing budget support
- Communicate key goals, objectives and deadlines for projects or campaigns including variety of team leads and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members across the organization including Marketing, Creative & Content, Digital Marketing, Communications, Revenue Management, Product, Talent and more.
- Develop program summaries and necessary presentations to effectively share program/campaign details across the business
- Actively contribute to the Marketing Team in a collaborative and meaningful way that helps support, inspire and motivate fellow colleagues and managers alike

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree program required, preferably in marketing
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in campaign management, consumer marketing, and/or project management working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Knowledge of and experience in the adventure travel market is desirable
- A strong critical thinker who has the ability to turn high level strategies into concrete plans and clear creative briefs that are grounded in consumer insights
- Works collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and abilities to adapt to audience needs
- Effective at building strong working relationships
- Able to work strategically and independently within a fast paced and ever-changing environment, while juggling multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Strong organization skills, relating to planning, scheduling and resourcing
- Possesses strong computer/technology skills and is highly proficient in Google Suite
- Knowledge of PM software tools ClickUp an asset
