Reporting to the Director of NavieGo Patient Programs, the Senior National Reimbursement Manager will lead the Reimbursement Centre of Excellence for NavieGo Patient Support Programs (PSP). The incumbent will also be an experienced and effective people leader and will be accountable for strong performance and development of Senior Reimbursement Specialists.

Develop program/therapeutic area specific drug reimbursement strategies, tools, and resources in collaboration with Senior Program Managers, Program Managers, and Senior Reimbursement Specialists;Lead and develop a team of high-performing Senior Reimbursement Specialists;Accountability for NavieGo-wide Reimbursement/PSP staff onboarding training curriculum, through a direct team of Senior Reimbursement Specialists;Accountability for complex reimbursement escalations to public/private payors;Drive efficiencies in NavieGo-wide reimbursement processes for all areas and levels of reimbursement, ensuring that NavieGo key performance indicator standards are met;Partner with NavieGo Business Intelligence Analysts (BIA) & Data Analytics team to drive development of dashboards highlighting individual PSP and NavieGo-wide data relating to commercialization, Insurer specific Initial SA & SA Appeal Volumes, Approval Rates & Turnaround times by program & therapeutic area;Partner with NavieGo Business Insights Analysts to devise necessary data to substantiate both individual PSP and NavieGo-wide reimbursement improvement efforts;Contribute to implementation and revision of program contractual agreements with manufacturers, as they relate to reimbursement services;Liaise with NavieGo Cares & Program Management teams to monitor gaps & improve upon individual PSP Reimbursement Specialist commercialization efforts.

What you’ll bring to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, healthcare management, or equivalent required;
  • Outstanding strategic planning, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to analyze data to support decision-making;
  • Solid understanding of PSP financial assistance programs & copay card service providers (Claim Secure, NextGen, STI);
  • Knowledge of CADTH, INESS, SADIE, and Product Listing Agreement processes considered a strong asset;
  • Strong computer skills using all platforms within MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, Word, Teams, Outlook) and CRMs (Salesforce);
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and platforms such as Canva, Lucid Chart, Rise, Storyline, Camptasia considered a strong asset;
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
