The Role

Are you seeking a role that offers dynamic challenges and the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Safety Assurance? We are looking for talented individuals who are ready to step up and make an impact in our Rail Certification and Consulting business. Whether your expertise lies in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M, you're open to supporting various facets of the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
  • Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices.
  • Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Highly experienced (15 years+) in the rail industry and proven track record working in safety assurance and/or assessment.
  • Strong organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.
