Does being part of an organization that helps build multi-million dollar projects excite you?Take the leap and make your mark at Plan GroupAs aSubcontract Administrator, you will:Administer and issue subcontract documentation and follow up with vendors as necessary.Comply with the subcontract requirements and execute between internal and external stakeholders.Assist in Subcontractor set up process in SAP.Process frequent contract revisions in SAP and ensure accuracy on cost codes and billing.Continuously reach out to PM's for invoice approvals and discrepancies.Communicate with Subcontractors to address payment inquiries.Administer statutory declarations, WSIB, safety documents, and follow up with expired certificates.Continuously update invoice status in SAP by ensuring all required documents are updated.Review Subcontractor monthly statements to identify any missed invoices.Provide support on Job Start-Up process which includes; Job Setup in SAP, budget uploads, file contracts, and obtain necessary signatures.Our ideal candidate has:College/University Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or relevant experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in finance administrationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelTime management and organizational skills.Exposure to SAP an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
