Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of account managers;
  • Achieve sales and profit margin objectives;
  • Develop Sales strategic plans for all major accounts;
  • Manage and report on the Gecko sales pipeline and forecast;
  • Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders in marketing, operations, R&D, finance, and other teams;
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with executives and key influencers of the spa industry;

Your team of Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Providing global account management for Gecko's customers (hot tub manufacturers) to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives;
  • Becoming the trusted advisor to customers on open projects/opportunities and quality initiatives for the introduction of new products;
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets. With a "consultative sales" approach, you will be required to maintain and develop your accounts to achieve your sales goals while renewing/developing customer loyalty;
  • Coordinating activities at customers from the Gecko team (Order management, Quality, R&D, etc.);
  • Participating in industry events and private events organized by some clients. Supporting promotional initiatives of dedicated accounts;
  • Reporting and anticipating account-related opportunities/sales and maintaining the up-to-date sales funnel in CRM to contribute to overall forecasting and budget planning.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role of sales professionals in B2B;
  • Success track records with specific sales goals ($) and specific customer portfolios (or territory);
  • Demonstrated previous performance in achieving sales objectives and account management;
  • Sales experience in electronic manufacturing.

Skills and Training:

  • College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience of 10 years or more in relevant employment;
