We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will help launch the Salesforce platform for EvenUp, as we revolutionize the legal tech industry. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is configured to meet the needs of our business, and providing support to end-users. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing user adoption, and delivering valuable insights through reporting and automation.

What you'll do:
  • Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Create flow automation for tasks, alerts, field updates, etc.
  • Assist with the management and creation of user roles, profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, public groups, security controls, and shared settings.
  • Consistently review current processes and configurations, and suggest improvements to continuously achieve sustainability.
  • Maintain technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholders' requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders and various teams to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to ultimately enhance end user productivity and efficiency.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization.
What we look for:
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration with a proven track record of successful projects and implementations.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning.
  • Can think in terms of simplicity and scalability in Salesforce. Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action.
  • Proficiency in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Strong expertise in flow automation and validation rules.
  • Experience with data management tools and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Salesforce Developer Certification.
  • CPQ Experience.
  • Hyper growth experience at a vertical SaaS company.
