This process involves assessment, identification of strengths and needs, goal-setting, treatment planning, and implementation of treatment in a direct, indirect or consultative manner, as indicated, then discharge.This position may be required to work with children and youth with a complex profile of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care with community partnering agencies in an outreach capacity in the home, community or school.This is just a snapshot of what you would be doing. To learn more, please visit our careers page.RequirementsMasters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational TherapyRegistered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of OntarioA strong interest or experience in:School Based RehabilitationAutism Spectrum Disorders for PreschoolersActive rehab for 0-18yrs with various neurological, developmental and/or physical challengesA sound understanding of OT amongst children and youthA desire to make a difference in the lives of families and clientsVaccination PolicyAll employees are subject to mandatory immunization requirements as a condition of employment.
