**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team at Innovative Occupational Therapy Services. As a child occupational therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with various needs, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate and treat children with various conditions, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client-centered goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary treatment plans.
  • Prioritize client care, managing caseloads and meeting productivity expectations.

**Requirements**

  • Certificate of Competence in Ontario (COTO) or equivalent registration status.
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Proven experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
