Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience—supporting multiple accounts, collaborating across departments, and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Why Join Us People-centric professionals who care deeply about what they do Visionary leaders who challenge the status quo Rapid problem solvers and entrepreneurial thinkers What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, delivery, and technical support Manage and track orders via email and phone with precision and care Resolve service issues and disputes with professionalism and empathy Prepare accurate quotations and verify account details Monitor backorders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Provide technical support using IPEX publications and resources Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and customer satisfaction What You Bring A natural relationship builder with a customer‑first mindset Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented A confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills Comfortable navigating systems and data (SAP experience is a plus) A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Strong time management and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism Industry experience and SAP knowledge are assets Inclusion Commitment IPEX is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
