What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll:• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, delivery, and technical support• Manage and track orders via email and phone with precision and care• Resolve service issues and disputes with professionalism and empathy• Prepare accurate quotations and verify account details• Monitor backorders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery• Provide technical support using IPEX publications and resources• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and customer satisfaction What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is:• A natural relationship builder with a customer-first mindset• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented• A confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills• Comfortable navigating systems and data (SAP experience is a plus)• A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitudeQualifications:• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience• Strong time management and follow-up skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism• Industry experience and SAP knowledge are assets Our Commitment to InclusionIPEX is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
