We’re 100 years young and we need you Job summary The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds and equipment. This role includes basic manual repairs and upkeep for various areas of the property. Requirements / Skills • Experience in a maintenance role • Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching • Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays) •
Basic carpentery, electrical, and plumbing skills • Painting interior and exterior • Floor tile installation and repair • Forklift and Scissor lift experience •
Snow removal using truck and or tractor or heavy equipment • F
