Our public sector client requires a Senior Bilingual Reliability cleared Systems Analyst to support an existing MS Azure M365 environment. The resource will assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, adopting, configuring, implementing, and supporting new MS Azure M365 features and capabilities. In addition, the client intends to implement/upgrade MS Azure M365 E3 to E5 upgrades and new configurations.
- Administrate, implement, configure, and support MS Azure M365 services, features, such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune.
- Provide technical services, including troubleshooting and solving technical problems related to MS Azure M365, assist/enable and support other IT teams with the need for M365 and MS Azure services and integrations, such as MS Automate, MS PowerApps, and others.
- Build PowerShell scripts or utilize automation tools to manage MS Azure M365 configurations.
- Upgrade MS Azure M365 E3 to E5, new configurations, and all related tasks.
- Perform other MS Azure M365 tasks that could include IT Security related requests (such as reviewing access logs, blocking or unlocking users outside of Canada), IM driven requests (finding and retrieving and giving access to MS Azure M365 and SharePoint documents, folders, etc.), li>
