If you were to come on board as a Hospitality Supervisor, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  1. Provide engaging and anticipative service to all office employees, executives, and visitors.
  2. Lead a team and manage all HR functions, support, payroll and associate development plans.
  3. Perform administrative tasks and provide guidance to team in completion, including time-off and daily coverage schedules.
  4. Inspire, motivate, and engage staff to prioritize excellent customer service and hospitality above all else.
  5. Work closely with facilities, local technology teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure a flawless in office experience.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and catering suppliers as required, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for in office and external meetings and events.
  7. Support and carry out security, fire, health, and safety guidelines as required.
  8. Light housekeeping and other duties as required.

Think you have what it takes to be our Hospitality Supervisor? Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit:

  1. At least 2 years of Hospitality Supervisory experience (preferably within a hotel or fine dining restaurant environment).
  2. Strong relationship building, analytical and adaptability skills.
  3. Strong technical skills and ability to learn and operate internal and external systems.
  4. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint etc.). Proficiency in event Management or Rooms Booking Software is a bonus.
