Coach, advise and support Hiring Managers Be an ambassador for the firm’s culture and the quality of the candidate experience. Define and revised talent attraction strategies. Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, mainly for passive candidate sourcing. Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more. Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA. Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups. Coordinate pre-employment screening. Prepare job offers together with HR business partners and managers. Complete assigned talent attraction projects in collaboration with other team members.

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Communications or other relevant program of study At least 8 years of experience in talent attraction Excellent ability and interest in using new technologies Knowledge of best practices in seeking candidates Ability to handle several files simultaneously Interest in occasional short trips to BBA offices Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite Blingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
