What you'll do Provide occupational therapy services to people who have sustained mental health, physical, or brain injuries. Meet clients where they are at, in their homes, workplaces, communities, or virtually. Form relationships built with trust, seek to understand factors and facilitators relating to a client access to, initiation of, and sustained occupational participation. Collaborate with clients, employers, funders, and health care team members in designing and delivering tailored occupational therapy services to promote return to work, reintroduction of everyday occupations, and well-being. Connect with team members and team leaders to innovate and improve the quality of the healthcare services we provide.
