This pivotal leadership role involves shaping the connection with a deeply dedicated fanbase and enhancing the game's asymmetrical multiplayer experience. Your expertise will bring clarity and innovation to our engagement strategies, impacting millions of players worldwide.ResponsibilitiesOwn the live player engagement roadmap, prioritizing features across seasons, events, and content drops.Define the strategic rationale behind engagement features, focusing on re-engaging lapsed players, fostering loyalty, and increasing session frequency.Collaborate with creative and production teams to influence design and creative direction.Lead and develop a team of Live Ops specialists, building a high-performing engagement function.Partner with Data Insight and Marketing teams to track KPIs, forecast, measure, and optimize player engagement.Leverage data, research, and player feedback to ensure the roadmap aligns with audience needs.QualificationsMinimum of 6+ years in Product Management, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven success managing player engagement in PC/Console live games.Experience with engagement systems such as Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, and retention mechanics.Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.Experience in managing live content roadmaps and influencing cross-disciplinary creative teams.Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
