Reporting Data Administrator, Air Location: Greater St. John's Metropolitan Area, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Reports to: Director, Integrated Air Program. About the Position The Reporting Data Administrator is responsible for delivering queries and reports from key databases for MedFlightNL and other MHNL divisions. The information generated is vital for decision‑making, legislative and contractual reporting, quality management and system oversight. Key Responsibilities Gather and review data prepared by data entry activities in the applications and reports/analysis created from that data. Develop data entry systems, effective controls and analytic tools to ensure consistent quality throughout the data entry and reporting process. Ensure that data entered is valid, reliable, relevant, timely, complete, accurate and precise. Monitor data for errors and promptly identify and correct errors. Periodic review and update of quality assurance controls and best practices based on changing technology, workplace evolution or client demands. Collect and review reports to uncover any data errors and coordinate correction. Audit, trend, and provide administrative backup to the MedFlightNL Program. Work with key databases, including INET Cad, Flight Vector System, ePCR system and other internal applications. Professional Qualifications & Competencies Graduate of a recognized education program for database administration/Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education. Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering is an asset. 3‑5 years related experience in database management including report development. Strong collaboration, problem‑solving and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Superior diplomacy, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter who can work independently and as a team player. Experience with Critical Care and Air Ambulance Services is considered an asset. EEO Statement We welcome diversity.
