Duties and Responsibilities Perform a myriad of administrative duties including but not limited to meeting scheduling, ordering, creating POs and minute taking Communicating with Travel Agencies regarding system issues and working closely with them to find solutions Compile revenue reports as required Schedule and attend weekly meetings, compiling agenda and notes Prepare proposals and contracts with assistance from the sales team Maintain and create Corporate and Travel Agency accounts in the Amelia booking system Track vouchers for negotiated agreements Assist customers with administrative problem areas relating to sales; coordinates efforts and interfaces with other departments to resolve situations Assist sales team with customer sales presentations Ensure contracts and corresponding spreadsheets are amended as per rate or rate structure change Arrange promotional items and collateral for various events Attend promotional events as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications A Diploma from a recognized educational institution in administration, or equivalent experience A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach Effective written and verbal communication skills Must be proficient in MS Office programs and able to pick up new computer programs quickly What PAL Airlines offers you Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Defined Contribution Pension Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with multiple airlines Employee Tuition Assistance Program Employee and Family Assistance Program A unique opportunity to advance your career by joining a growing but recognizable brand in a challenging, constantly changing industry Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
