Responsable de l’ensemble de la planification, de la comptabilité et de la gestion financière pour le Canada. Exercer la supervision fonctionnelle de quatre unités commerciales régionales ainsi que des finances de la division « Specialty ». Assurer la complémentarité avec le Directeur financier, International Americas en privilégiant le rendement de l’entreprise au Canada.Assurer la fonction de Vice-président, Finances locales pour l’entreprise en déterminant les méthodes et les procédures d’exécution des opérations financières conformément aux directives de l’entreprise et aux exigences gouvernementales.Agir comme conseiller et partenaire commercial clé dans le but de maximiser la rentabilité des activités au Canada.Agir comme partenaire fonctionnel clé en matière de finances auprès de ses collègues locaux dans les domaines de la vente, du marchandisage, des ressources humaines et des opérations.Fournir des conseils à la direction visant à rehausser les bénéfices et réduire les coûts.Passer en revue et contrôler les opérations quotidiennes du service de Finance/de la Comptabilité.Fournir une orientation et des conseils continus aux autres services pour assurer la protection des actifs de l’entreprise.Diriger ou réaliser des études de gestion et préparer des estimations de la charge de travail et du budget pour des activités précises ou attribuées.Participer au recrutement, à la formation en continu et au perfectionnement des associés du service et contribuer à l’interprétation des politiques et des pratiques de l’entreprise.Encadrer la gestion des rendements des personnes chargées de la gestion des finances ainsi que leur développement.Assurer la liaison avec les principales parties prenantes de « Sysco Corporate », à Houston, pour tirer parti des meilleures pratiques en matière de méthodologies et de systèmes.Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de Sysco quant à la sécurité alimentaire.Comprendre la valeur économique et culturelle du maintien de la sécurité de l’organisation.Être disposé à stimuler le rendement en matière d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité.Être capable de mener efficacement des initiatives de changement et de transformation.10 ans d’expérience en finance ou en comptabilité, requises.Expérience en gestion en tant que cadre supérieur ou responsable fonctionnel, exigée.Diplôme de premier cycle, requis.Diplôme de deuxième cycle en gestion des affaires, en finances ou en comptabilité, de préférence.Compétences intermédiaires en Microsoft Office.Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité et de traitement de texte.Expérience en planification et stratégie financières.Aptitudes en gestion de rentabilité.Vision et planification stratégiques.Excellente capacité de gestion du temps, de résolution des problèmes et de prise de décisions.
