As part of our Montreal team, you will:Draft detailed minutes of board meetings from handwritten notes and/or recordings, ensuring all matters are meticulously captured.Perform other administrative tasks as required.Attend client board meetings telephonically as needed.You must work well within a local and global team environment and be committed to meeting team and client deliverables, which may occasionally require overtime and weekend work.What You BringIn addition to high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses:A university or college degree.Previous experience in minute drafting or familiarity with corporate structures is preferable but not mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Knowledge of international corporate structures, investment funds, offshore vehicles, and the Cayman Islands and Irish regulatory landscapes is beneficial.You can learn more about the Maples Group on our corporate website.
