SNAP is an example of one of CDIs programs currently being brought to scale across Canada. Reporting to the Program Manager, Implementation, we are looking for a Training Consultant to join our Training and Implementation team in Toronto. You are open to feedback and coaching and committed to providing the same while setting and maintaining boundaries. You are calm in the face of conflict and can manage complex issues related to programs and relationships, both in the moment and by weighing all options for the best outcome. You can effectively prioritize work in an environment of competing demands while achieving established benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The desire to make a difference: You are interested in what we do and how we do it; you want to play a vital role in creating and fostering a positive experience with measurable outcomes that genuinely impact the lives of our clients and the people they interact with.

Nurture ongoing success: You will act as a consultant and advisor, setting boundaries and expectations to ensure alignment and effective implementation and execution of the SNAP or other programs. You will communicate with Affiliate sites, answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting issues. You will maintain your knowledge and skills and provide continuous training (to include new and refreshed topics) in cooperation with Affiliate sites.
