Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant – TD Securities Work Location: London, Ontario, Canada Hours: 15 hours per week (part‑time) Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $23.37 – $31.20 CAD per hour. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant, you will support mortgage specialists in credit administration, customer relations, and workflow management. Job Details Part‑time minimum 15 hours per week, reports to Manager, MMS Assistants Work remotely or from an assigned TD location Flexible scheduling with associated MMS and Manager Key Accountabilities Customer: Provide credit‑administration support. Maintain partner relationships, follow‑up, and resolve customer issues. Collect client documentation and process credit applications. Process assigned volumes accurately and efficiently. Support the customer journey throughout the mortgage process. Shareholder: Validate supporting documentation per internal and regulatory processes. Meet or exceed credit quality objectives and individual targets. Process transactions within timeline commitments. Collaborate with administrative support groups. Support business and sales goals. Apply bank policies and procedures. Identify and recommend process improvements. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk activities as required. Adhere to Bank Code of Conduct and mortgage suite knowledge. Employee / Team: Participate fully in the team, promoting service quality, innovation, and teamwork. Continuously enhance knowledge and support team in knowledge transfer. Engage in performance management and professional development. Attend team meetings, surveys, action planning, and training. Assist colleagues and support a fair, positive workplace. Act as a brand ambassador for your business area. Breadth & Depth: Established customer service skills for routine activities. Broad knowledge of business product suite. Understand integration with customer and sales teams. Identify and assess customer problems and escalation procedures. Impact team results through quality service. Follow RESL procedures and recommend improvements. Use communication skills for product and process clarification. Working knowledge from training or experience. Reports to a Manager. What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year client‑facing or administrative experience. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer and technology skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self‑starter, able to work independently. Excellent time‑management and ability to meet SLA expectations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
