We are hiring talent that AI can’t replace to help shape the future of information management.Your ImpactAct as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams within the IT organization.Lead technical solution design, development, and implementation for enterprise applications and internal technology teams.Manage cross‑functional teams, optimize operational processes, and deliver projects in a fast‑paced agile environment.Facilitate requirements, scope trade‑offs, and governance artifacts with application and business teams.Partner with shared services and technology solution delivery groups to develop realistic project plans, budgets, and cost center financials.Coach team members in delivery, issue management, risk management, and quality, innovation, and timely communication of issues or opportunities.What The Role OffersLead IT‑related solutions/programs, develop aggressive, achievable delivery roadmaps.Accountable for high‑level & detailed technical design, content, completion, and quality.Drive and contribute to project solutions—JAD sessions, input gathering, design documentation.Back‑fill role gaps (Business Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects) as needed.Support Architecture in defining overall solution approach with Technology stakeholders and vendors.Work with PM, Application teams, and Governance to create and manage governance/gating artifacts.Support testing teams—test plan/case consultation, defect triage.Liaise with other Technology Solution Delivery groups to ensure smooth delivery and application support.Partner with shared services teams—PMO, release management, QA, BA, change management—to develop realistic project plans.Manage project and portfolio budgets and assist in managing cost center financials.Endorse quality, innovation, and timely communication of issues/opportunities; coach team members in delivery, issue management, and risk management.What You Need To SucceedBachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.10+ years of experience in the information technology field and 5+ years of experience in a technical solution delivery role in a fast‑paced/agile environment.Experience in owning & supporting Content Management, SDLC, and AI tooling.Previous team management experience—goal setting, performance management, tracking deliverables, recruitment, etc.Demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex IT projects and programs.Creative, detail‑oriented, and capable of balancing the “big picture” with day‑to‑day needs of the organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation at any management level across the organization.Familiar with and comfortable utilizing the Scrum methodology.Ability to inform, educate, and influence managers and employees in a matrix environment.A self‑starter, strong desire to learn as you go, and belief that you can make a meaningful contribution to the team, business users, and organization as a whole.OpenText’s efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
