YOUR IMPACT The Sr. Director of Product Marketing will lead global go-to-market for the OpenText Experience Cloud portfolio, including Customer Communications, Web Content Management, Digital Asset Management and its AI-driven capabilities. This leader will define the strategy, messaging, and category positioning, guiding how OpenText shows up across customer experience markets. Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, this role manages a team of Senior Product Marketers focused on value‑led messaging, differentiated storytelling, and programs that drive new customer acquisition and expansion. Lead global GTM strategy for OpenText Experience Cloud, reinforcing our leadership across all key markets. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and identify new LOB, industry, and vertical solutions that align to high‑growth opportunities. Develop marketing plans to support business objectives around user acquisition, engagement, retention and market awareness. Own product marketing deliverables, including messaging frameworks, collateral, demos, enablement, campaigns, and more. Partner with Analyst Relations to advance OpenText’s leadership standing across all CX markets. Drive internal education and field readiness for Experience Cloud innovations and major releases. Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert with customers, partners, analysts and internal teams. What You Need To Succeed 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ in enterprise software Product Marketing and 5+ leading global PMM teams. Strong preference for background in customer experience, digital experience platforms, or related submarkets such as Customer Communications, WCM and DAM. Exceptional storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven success launching and scaling enterprise solutions through tight partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and cross‑functional teams. Confident presenting to business, technical, and executive audiences. Highly autonomous, strong prioritization skills, and ability to drive high‑impact work from strategy through execution.
