Property Manager Community First Developments Inc. – Founded in 1995, we manage over 7,000 residential suites across the Greater Toronto Area, including Oakville and Oshawa. Full‑time position reporting to the Supervising Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of an assigned residential building, ensuring compliance, financial oversight, maintenance, and staff management. Responsibilities Deliver property administration, ensuring health and safety inspections, regulations, and codes are met. Achieve financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and participation in fiscal audit review. Manage maintenance and office resources, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain professional knowledge of the Rent‑Geared‑to‑Income (RGI) certification program, health and safety, co‑op industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders through communication, conflict resolution, and customer‑centric interactions. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience in co‑op and non‑profit housing. In‑depth knowledge of co‑op and non‑profit governance, maintenance, and financials. Familiarity with RGI subsidy marketing, wait‑list management, and forms/acts such as the LTB, Fire Code, Building Code. Experience in rent collection, arrears management, staff management, and financial reporting. Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
