As our Field Marketing Manager - North America, you’ll work closely with mid-market and contractor teams to deliver regional marketing programs that fuel growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships across the U.S. and Canada. Mission Take the lead on marketing to mid-market accounts and contractors in North America, building programmes that connect with field operators, project managers, and business leaders. Design and execute integrated campaigns, events, and education-led initiatives that generate pipeline, expand adoption, and amplify Trackunit’s presence in the contractor ecosystem. Learn more about our DE&I initiatives. Who are you ideally? 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology. Experience leading field marketing or demand-generation programmes with measurable pipeline impact. Strong background in events, digital campaigns, ABM, and community or partner marketing. Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing to business outcomes. Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Exceptional organisational, project-management, and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment. Willing and able to travel across North America for contractor-focused events, conferences, and engagements. Primary responsibilities Segment ownership: Serve as the dedicated marketing partner for North America’s Mid-Market and Contractor segments, translating commercial priorities into tailored programmes. Fuel pipeline & revenue: Build and activate demand-generation programmes across digital, in-person, and partner-led activities to create opportunities and accelerate existing deals. Local account-based marketing: Lead targeted campaigns designed for contractors and mid-market firms, focusing on relevance and practical value. Champion regional events: Own execution of customer-facing events, including industry trade shows, contractor round-tables, and product demos. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing drives measurable business outcomes. Amplify brand presence: Position Trackunit as the partner of choice for contractors through thought leadership, PR, and community-building initiatives. Optimise & report: Take accountability for campaign performance, track KPIs and ROI, and refine programmes based on insights. Co-market with partners: Build joint initiatives with technology and channel partners targeting contractors and mid-market firms. Budget ownership: Manage segment-level budgets to maximise ROI and align with commercial goals. Regional collaboration: Coordinate with global marketing peers to share best practices and deliver consistency across markets. Our hiring process Virtual meet-and-greet with the hiring manager.
