The Role We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the creation of world-class user interfaces that bring our platform to life. You’ll collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver performant, visually polished experiences that sports organizations rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of design and engineering, cares deeply about quality and detail, and communicates with clarity and empathy. What You’ll Do Build and ship key frontend features using React and modern tooling. Partner with product designers in Figma (Dev Mode, Code Connect) to ensure design accuracy. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency. Maintain and document components using Storybook and Chromatic. Review PRs from other developers and provide constructive feedback and mentorship. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and product teams to deliver aligned solutions. Advocate for performance, accessibility, and frontend craftsmanship across the team. What We’re Looking For Expert in React and modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, Vite, Zustand, etc.). Very experienced with Figma, including Dev Mode and Code Connect; Figma MCP experience is a strong plus. Hands‑on experience working with design systems and UI documentation tools. Proficiency with Storybook and Chromatic. A strong design eye and obsession with pixel‑perfect details. Experience leading or mentoring frontend developers. Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—are essential. Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) is a bonus. A product‑mindful engineer who values collaboration, feedback, and ownership.
