You will lead the end-to-end incident management process and partner with IT in the investigation and resolution of incidents. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will identify new requirements and system enhancement opportunities to drive Finance System improvements and efficiencies.What you will doResponsible for the ongoing management and administration of Finance Systems (e.g., EPM, TLM, PeopleSoft, Finance DataMart), including scheduling, data validations, incident investigation and resolution, governance, and knowledge managementLead the end-to-end incident management process. Partner with IT in the investigation and resolution (both short and long term) of incidents.
