Operations Analyst – Fixed Term (6 Months) We are on the lookout for a skilled Operations Analyst to fortify our team. Your role will be centered around enhancing our revenue strategy using metrics, effective business processes, and innovative best practices. You will be pivotal in aiding our sales team to amplify their sales and performance through detailed analytics, reporting, and intelligent KPIs. As a core member of the Operations team, you will collaborate with various departments, using your expertise in HubSpot and other tools to streamline operations and drive growth. This is a 6‑month contract position starting in January 2026. Work Location and Travel Remote, with occasional travel to the Mississauga office. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada without restriction or sponsorship. How You Will Be Contributing Analytics and Reporting: Provide comprehensive analytics and reporting to the sales team using HubSpot and other tools to enhance performance and operational efficiency. HubSpot Portal Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our HubSpot portal to identify and clean up unused data, improving system efficiency and clarifying data structure and governance. Data Governance Audit: Organize and maintain data within HubSpot and other systems to ensure accuracy and reliability, improving data usage. Answering Team Queries: Serve as a go‑to resource for the team, answering queries related to data, processes, and systems. Learning and Assessing Current Frameworks: Immerse yourself in our existing frameworks and processes to understand how they function within our RevOps ecosystem. Process Optimization and Creative Problem Solving: Propose and implement process improvements based on team structures and KPIs; document creative solutions using a range of technologies and applications. Data, Process, and Systems Analysis: Identify areas to improve, streamline, and scale operations using data, process, and systems analyses; recommend appropriate paths forward. What We Are Hoping To Find In Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 3‑5 years of Sales, Marketing, or Rev Ops experience in the B2B enterprise software space. Experience with SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Experience communicating with a broad team and distilling sophisticated concepts and analyses into concise, practical conclusions. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize messaging, and improve workflow efficiency.
