Administrator, Office Services (Full‑time) As a key member of the Office Services team, you will report to the Team Leader and be responsible for executing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Office Services Department. The position requires a highly organized individual with a strong sense of urgency and customer‑service skills, and flexible hours to accommodate the firm’s needs. Key Responsibilities Process photocopying, scanning, printing and binding requests as per specifications, prioritizing jobs as needed and liaising with off‑site printing partners. Assist with in‑firm printer troubleshooting and coordinate service calls with vendors. Collect, sort, process and distribute outgoing and incoming mail. Arrange local and international couriers, provide customs documentation, and troubleshoot issues. Provide in‑firm delivery service for incoming courier packages and internal delivery requests. Offer scheduled emergency on‑call support outside business hours. Ensure supply rooms and copiers are stocked and organized; deliver supplies on request. Liaise with firm members on requests, including storage boxes, court deliveries, and bank deposits. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines. Use time productively, follow established processes, best practices and service standards. Provide assistance during absences, including after‑hours support to Premises, Client Services, Technology and Records Management. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalency. Minimum 1 year of office or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe. Experience with copiers, printers, scanners, or mail handling is an asset. Discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail. Team player who takes initiative and works well independently. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate client needs.
