We're seeking a Technical Lead for our Growth Engineering Division with an emphasis on building and innovating for Growth healthcare groups. We are looking for a leader to help build the future of Fullscript to scale across any size clinic or business.

As the Technical Lead, you will impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Growth domain. You will work with the other technical leaders, product people, designers, and engineers to solve problems within a fast-growing platform.

Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.Help meet company goals while maintaining our application's technical health and security.Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.Collaborate with other technical leaders in product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.Experience leading a full-stack software development team.Experience working on high-scale web applications.5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, GraphQL, and Apollo are preferred.Experience with e-commerce at scale, operations, and distribution is considered an asset. What we can offer you:
