Working closely with nurses, physicians, and pilots, you’ll deliver advanced pre-hospital and interfacility critical care.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced patient care in high-stakes environments, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies.Perform aeromedical evacuations (medevacs) and stabilize patients for transport.Conduct patient assessments and initiate critical interventions per medical protocols.Prepare & maintain medical equipment to ensure operational readiness.Communicate effectively with hospitals, dispatch, and aircrew to coordinate care.Participate in ongoing training & simulations to enhance emergency response skills.Who We’re Looking ForRegistered Nurse (Registered in Canada)3+ years of emergency, flight, or ICU experienceAir Ambulance experience (preferred but not required)Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skillsValid CPR, ACLS, ITLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (Instructor status is a bonus)Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, and unpredictable environmentsWillingness to travel on small aircraft in varied weather conditionsThis is more than just a job – it’s a calling Are you ready to join our mission-driven lifesaving team?Curious to know more?
