Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to work on the Employee File (E-File) Digitization project (2024-056).

Role:

Our client is searching for a Senior Business Analyst to assist with the Employee File (E-File) Digitization project. The BA will play an important role within the project, starting with Scope of Services work and beyond.

The project is focused on eliminating the need to store paper employee records now and in the future, thereby freeing up office storage space, positioning TTC for streamlined key processes, and improving operational efficiency by reducing document handling time. This will be accomplished through rapid access to documents by authorized personnel and data centralization of Employee Records.

Must Have:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline
  2. 10+ years of business consulting experience
  3. 7+ years of experience as a business, business systems and/or process analyst
  4. Demonstrable and comprehensive understanding and experience with digital documentation services, and analysis based on information management concepts
  5. Experience in dealing with complex business problems, identifying business/functional requirements and recommending how to best support them through processes and applications
  6. Experience in process analysis, design, and modelling in a complex environment; hands-on experience in developing process diagrams and documentation
  7. Experience consolidating and validating requirements and designing solutions across diverse user groups
  8. Major IT implementation experience and understanding how systems are affected by business process change and their impacts
  9. Experience in assisting with and/or authoring RFI / RFP documentation
  10. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
