The Online Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growth of the company’s digital sales channel by assisting customers with onboarding, online ordering, and account engagement. This role ensures a seamless customer experience by providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and promoting the benefits of digital ordering. The Online Sales Coordinator collaborates across internal teams to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and repeat sales, while maintaining accurate records and continuously developing product and digital expertise.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentDuties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with active, dormant, and prospective accounts to promote online purchasing.Assist customers with onboarding to the online ordering system, including account setup and navigation.Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries related to online orders, account access, and product availability.Monitor customer activity to identify opportunities for increased engagement and repeat purchases.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience.Stay informed on product offerings and digital best practices to better support customer needs.Share customer insights and feedback to support the improvement of digital engagement strategies.Other duties as assigned by Manager.Account Development & RetentionRe-engage underutilized accounts through proactive outreach and follow-up.Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored online solutions.Conduct virtual consultations and assist customers with navigating the online ordering system.Promote relevant products and encourage repeat purchases based on customer history and preferences.Develop a solid understanding of the company’s packaging products, including features and benefits.Stay current on industry trends, customer expectations, and digital engagement practices.Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and customer support skills.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Success IndicatorsGrowth in online order activity against defined KPIs and quarterly targets.High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Efficient coordination of customer onboarding and follow-up activities.Job Qualifications1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or digital engagement.Previous experience in digital sales, eCommerce, or related fields is preferred.Familiarity with online sales platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an asset.Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to change.Knowledge of the packaging or distribution industry is an asset.You will generally be scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, understanding that we may require you to work more, fewer, or different hours up to the maximums permitted by Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000 and any successor legislation (the “ESA”).You will primarily perform your Duties and Responsibilities from our facility in Brampton, Ontario; however, you may be required to work from other locations (such as a home office) from time to time.
