Terms Compensation Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration: Anticipate an attractive estimated gross annual income based on a fee-for-service payment structure. Benefits and Incentives Vacation Leave: With 13 weeks of leave, you'll have ample time to recharge and unwind. May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium: 11.48% Retention Flat Fee: $17,790 Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 if moving within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 from outside Canada.
