Responsible for managing sponsors, driving revenue through event-related sales, and coordinating cross-channel outreach to secure sponsorships.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage sponsors by coordinating with Partner Success Managers to schedule onboarding, planning & logistics, pre-event preparation, onsite delivery, post-event feedback, and renewal conversations to ensure alignment and sponsor success at our events.Work marketing leads and conduct coordinated cross-channel outreach into your assigned territory to book sales presentations with prospective sponsors.Grow revenue by identifying referrals through personal, professional and client networks and pursue sales opportunities with former clients when they move to a new company.Identify cross-selling opportunities within our events calendar.Solicit feedback and testimonials from current accounts.Record client details and account notes in the CRM system and follow internal reporting processes.Vendor Services (division)The Vendor Services division (formally known as SoftwareReviews) engages and sells services to technology providers, across three key product lines that drive revenue for the business.Vendor Advisory Memberships enable vendors to access Info-Tech analysts and marketing analysts to better understand their market and buyers, build better products, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. Members also get access to a team of G2M analysts who provide research and advisory services focused on core marketing processes and projects.Marketing Assets & Sales Enablement Material enables vendors to position their products to prospects, license data from the SoftwareReviews platform, and create reports, infographics, social media tiles, and other marketing assets. Vendors can license analyst research or have analysts participate in thought leadership webinars and speaking sessions.Event Sales: vendors can become exhibitors, purchase speaking sessions at Live/Signature events, and buy branding opportunities to support the events and connect with members.Education & ExperiencePost-Secondary Degree3 years of experience in a customer service/sales/corporate sponsorships roleSkillsIntellectual agility and curiosity: willingness to continually learn about the product and customer and articulate Info-Tech's value proposition.Excellent communication and selling skills: ability to communicate clearly with senior executives.Active listening skills: ability to listen and respond to customers to improve mutual understanding.Organizational/time management: ability to manage a series of call-booking and tracking activities with ongoing re-prioritization.Persistence and resilience: maintain tenacity in appointment booking, address challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.Business acumen: understanding of the IT business environment to engage customers.Self-awareness: self-motivated with awareness of strengths and areas for development.Info-Tech Research Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.
