Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  1. Interacting with personnel operating an existing environment by analyzing operational procedures and interpreting how customer needs can be best met.
  2. Participating in the migration of our operating system and its evolution, assessing existing procedures and processes, identifying problems, and making recommendations for process automation improvement in cooperation with managers.
  3. Participating in the migration of an ERP system.
  4. Maintaining relationships with systems and operations staff to formulate and implement solutions to improve processing; writing system modification proposals/system test plans, execution.
  5. Evaluating the effectiveness of system changes.
  6. Preparing implementation documentation.
  7. Analyzing client needs, guiding them in appropriate functional solutions taking into account budgetary commitments and delivery deadlines.
  8. Guiding development teams in their analyses and solving functional problems to ensure proposed solutions are coherent and take into account user needs, system architecture, and constraints to be respected.
  9. Developing specifications and configuring workflows.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

  1. Hold a university degree in a field related to IT.
  2. 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; knowledge or experience of an ERP information system.
  3. 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP (preferably Procurement and Supply Chain modules).
  4. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  5. Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  6. Experience in implementing information systems from A to Z and process analysis.
  7. Perfectly bilingual (French/English).
  8. Experience with the Agile approach; valid driver's license; available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.
